This is for EHS. When using the cable you need a lifter which is ugly  :D

Yes, all users have the same CoS.

Actually I now realise that you were asking the original poster.

The user has a Deskphone, MiCollab desktop client softphone, EHDU for mobile carrier and MiCollab mobile client softphone. All of which are in the same multi device group.

The incoming call screen popup will offer me a drop down next to the answer button that lets me direct the call to other active devices in the multi device group. So I know the group set up is working.

Any ideas?

We have a customer that has UCC v4 Premium licenses and they are not getting the hand off button in the MiCollab client active call box.

Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to fix it?

6
Had the same issue happen on a brand new installation for another customer this week. Not sure if it is related but both customers have had SSL certs loaded to their servers.

Anyway a reboot of the PBX has resolved the issue for both our customers now.

We have just noticed this same issue for one of our customers. Do you have a softphone configured in the UCA client or are you just using it for presence and chat?

Has anyone been able to get the base of the Plantronics Savi 700 series to connect via bluetooth to a Mitel 5330/5340/5360 bluetooth module?

When you do the pairing they see each other and the Mitel phone is asked to put in a pass code which is meant to be 0000 but upon authentication it says invalid code. I have tried 1234 and blank but they don't work either  :'(

Any help would be appreciated  :)

Didn't change the ringing  :(

I have had confirmation that this is only possible if you use ACD paths.

Are you still on version 7.0?
Yes, it is part of the MiVoice Business Express

Most of our customers are on MiVB Express too. Its quite easy to backup the entire config, deploy a new instance on 7.1 and restore the config. 7.1 is a lot more stable with less bugs.

Can someone please tell me how you have Music on Hold played to callers that are waiting to be answered in a Ring Group?

Is it just a Class of Service option?

Our customer is currently running 13.0.1.53-01 and will be going to 13.2.1.28-01

I am kind of glad that others have posted here with this same issue. I was beginning to think that either the customer was crazy or I was because we couldn't find anything wrong.

Mitel support is very hit and miss with system bugs like this.

We had lots of issues with the 7.0 version and deploying the MiCollab client. We spoke with Mitel support and they recommended upgrading to 7.1 as 7.0 is a little buggy for MiCollab client deployment and it has a few other bugs in it.

Better to go to 7.1 as soon as you can to get all the bug fixes too.

We have the same issue with our 7.0 deployments. You would normally get a regular dial tone for 3 seconds before the ringing tone when the PBX is calling a number with an ARS route that has an unknown number of digits to follow. The tone you are hearing is in place of the regular dial tone and is a bug. Mitel support were no help when we raised it with them.

We have now started deploying the 7.1 version for our customers from last week. I have done some tests and can confirm that the issue has been fixed.

There is another big bug for voice mail to email in 7.0. If the person leaving the message is an external caller that is not in the PBX telephone directory. NuPoint will send the email with a blank "Sender" field and most SMTP servers see this as spam and will not forward the email. Mitel have a patch you can install but I would recommend upgrading to 7.1 as 7.0 seems to have a lot of bugs.
