MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Mivoice Office 250 cannot register 6920 IP Phone for SIP

I am having an issue where I cannot register 2 "new" Mitel 6920's to Mivoice Office 250.
I have created a new extension, assigned it its own group. Verified and changed the inbound authentication methods in the profile. I have tried manually going in and changing the configuration through its IP. I have successfully connected to the config server.
Except I can't seem to have the handset and server talk to each other. There is a red screen that says "setup". It prompts you for a pin. I have tried many different combinations including the extension and SIP default password. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have 10 more licenses that are sitting unused for these phones so that is not an issue.
EDIT: Phone showing as registered but its still displaying the same screens in the pictures attached.
