Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / SX200 Express Messenger Mailboxes Missing

I have a church that has a SX200 with Express Messenger. One day they noticed that the mailbox were gone. I figured someone got into the system and deleted the installation. When I log into the admin mailbox, the first option is the Delete installation and start a new one is played as expected. However, when I press 1 for that option it tells me that option is invalid.
How can I get the mailboxes back for this customer?
