That's what's confusing me. It's of course a remote site and we can't catch it in the act. Each time when we go there, it has the visible alarm on the control panel which we clear and then it's fine. There are no other system errors present which adds to the mystery.

We are having an issue where the controller will emit an audible alarm a few hours after a 911 call is placed. I've tried to find where this behavior is controlled in the admin tool but haven't had any luck. Can you point me in the right direction?

We are sticking with them for now given our particular usage. Digital works great in our environment (retail stores) and I haven't found an alternative that I like. We use so little of the feature set that it doesn't make sense to rip them out (yet).

Our corporate environment is on Teams for VOIP but I don't like that in a retail store environment. Also Digital phones are great for field replacement by end users. I know DHCP works and all but it's hard to beat for us.

Is it possible to remove the FEATURES soft key from 8568 endpoints? I am looking to lock down the phones as much as possible and would rather keep users out of the contents.

Also, I am having trouble disabling missed call notifications. No extensions are in the 'Display Missed Calls on Phone' flag but I am still seeing 'Missed x' on the top right dynamic key.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Mitel SAD Plugin for 6.2.3.53

Would anyone be willing to share the SAD plugin required to connect to a MV250 running 6.2.3.53? I'm an end user and don't have access to Mitel's site (full disclosure). We are in good standings with the VAR but I'm trying to fix an issue this evening and only have a newer installer (and plugin) for 6.3.
