I too have had this happen on an upgrade to a HX but luckily only once!

I had exactly the same symptoms as you describe but be warned although the system appears to be working if it is powered off the issue will return.

Looking at the screen shot it appears that the web browser has a certificate error because the system is using it's self signed cert. (Which is normal)
Can the user select show details and accept the self signed cert and continue

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / MiVoice Office 250 Attendant Console call queuing

I have an issue with queuing calls but it's been ages since I have used an attendant console could anyone advise? System is v6.3.

An extension with attendant console (3.5.0.10) is a member of a hunt group but queuing calls do not appear on the console, they do show on the handset however If the incoming DDI is pointed direct to the extension (Or List) then the queuing calls show on the console.

Is there a way to get queuing calls to appear when using hunt groups as I need to play announcements to the incoming caller?
