Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / How to resync mivcr and micc

It seems we are having syncing issue with call recordings and ccmweb reporting. For instance call recording admin is saying: Alarm waiting for extension association from SRC. We are not sure how to fix this, if anyone can help that would be much appreciated.
