Check the destination DN's 1st alt routing and the COS option call forward no answer timer. The first alt routing may be set to voicemail or the user has set call  forward no answer to VM ?

The call forward no answer timer dictates how long before forwarding and is probably lower than the no answer recall timer

Hi

I understand that the SS 1000 console can provide repeated ring bursts at intervals for incoming calls while on a call. We have no remote access to the SX2000 and is anyone able to confirm before we go out these please.

1. can it be done. It does say in the console user guide that this can be set at system level ?

2. how to program it. I assume it's a COS timer some ware but it's been so long that I programmed CDE in an SX2000 I cant recall

Thank you

Hi Ralph

I do have a Mitel doc

Configure the Mitel 3300 for use with
Cisco Call Manager

It's pretty old 2010 but I can send it to you if you wish. How do I do that ?

Try SIP Peer profile / Calling line ID / Public Calling Party Number Passthrough
