MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Inbound SIP Trunk

Hi
Our outbound is working to VoIP.MS and inbound is passing through our firewall.  Inbound SIP does not ring system. We set up a call routing table but am unsure where that is hooked into the trunk group.  Is there a way to monitor the inbound 5060 or any gotchas people often miss?  We are at the latest vserion 6.2.5.80 on a 250. Do we need to open ports for the 5060 to pass through?  (on the mitel)  the ports are opened and NATing in the firewall.

Am new to Mitel, come from the IP Office world. I did not define the extensions under system > controller > bay2. Once that was done the phone came up immediately with huge block text  (sure is good for those hard of seeing)  : )   All logged in and functioning fine.  Thanks again! Using an 8568 digital phone.

This is the first digital phone we are installing, have done IP Phones fine.  We put the 16 port module in the second from left port in back of the 250. We are at version 6.2.5.80   Is there a chance the 16 port digital board needs to be updated?  The devices > IP- Digital Phones > PPO52 tab shows no digital phones.
