MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / How to add multiple phones to same user in MiVoice 5000

I want to add multiple phones(3 or 2) under same user like we can do in mitel 3300.
ex:-
user1
sip phone1 70001
sip phone2 80001
sip phone3 90001
Actually i want to do user provisioning of MiVoice 5000 with micollab(integrated mode) with user distribution(premium-3phones, standard-3phones and entry-2phones)
ex:-
