Never seen this one, but looks like an interface specific error... Meaning your network adapter maybe? This isn't the Microsoft Access issue...

Thank you for the reply but Since the System Administration  & diagnostic software working fine with no issue, I'm not sure the issue is related to the network interface

Hi All,

I got the error "unable to start DB programming session HRESULT=0x80040154" when I try to lunch the database I tried to repair the Microsoft Database Engine 2010 but no luck.
The Mivoicve office Admin & Diganosic working fine.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / tcpump command not found

Hi All

I have Mivoice Business release 9.1.0.92, When I try to login through butty to shell and run tcpdump for traffic monitor I got tcpdumo command not found.
Can someone help me to active the tcpdump to the shell?

Issue Solved by restarting PBX_PROXY service in MiCollab Client Service Diagnostics.

2199 should be : multidevice (license) = deskphone
2*199  : multidevice license = sofphone


then create multidevice groupe 2199 put in 2199+ 2*199

I already created two multidevice for the main ext 2199 and for the softphone 2*199, see image below.
My issue started when the caller dial ext 2701 or ext 2702, I didn't get a notification on my micollab, please see the second image

You need to create a second extension for your main line as uc endpoint. Then create a multidevice group

Thank you for your reply, the problem I run out of the Licenses to create a new UC user
Is there any other way?

Hi Guys,

I have HotDesk extension 2199 assigned it to one of the 6920 phones, now I created 3 dummy lines (2701-2703) and set them as Key System on the first three buttons for ext 2199.
I set up the incoming call to ring on Huntgroup 2801 and I programmed the 3 dummy lines as a member for this Huntgroup.
I can see the incoming call ring on the 6920 phones but I can't see any notification on micollab application on my laptop?
and If I call the ext 2199 directly from another extension or from outside, I can see the notification popup on my laptop screen

Any Idea?

Hi All,

Guys, how can I stop Micollab from sending automatic deployment invitation to the users after I create them?
I was setting a new micollab server and after I added the users through the bulk deployment, I got email from our customer saying that we received email from you.
the micollab setting>> Email-Welcome was disabled.

Hi All,

I have an issue with one of our customer they have an External Mbg with IP 192.168.200.211 and two locations when softphone user with ext 13*49 call the desk phone 1244 getting one-way audio, Please check the .pcap file attached.
Anybody else had this issue before?

Hi All,

We have a customer they have SIP trunk with one account (92002) and they have more that one DID. Can I setup one phone to call out from more than one DID?
for instance, the user can push a button to show his caller party number as 519xxxxxxx
and another button to shown caller party number as 226xxxxxxx

Platform: Mivoice office 250 with release 6.1.3
