Software version is 3300 ICP Call Control 38.0.11.6;
when I try to connect thru Internet Explorer Mode (IE11 from Edge) cannot reach the IP address of ICP.
Trying to connect http://ip address, browser response is " this page cannot be open"

Periodically, PABX MN3300 generates in maintenance logs  a error message:
Source:    OPS Alarms DSA
Description:    ForwardUDTMessageToOPS()->Cannot connect to UDTHANDLER 
What is a problem who generate this message ?

In 3300 Mitel maintenance logs  i have the message "Handler failed to establish outgoing connection[Error: Timed out.]:STSConTcpHdlr  Handle: 0x987  MiChannel: MI_CHANNEL_SOCKET_TCP_DATA    State: MI_CHANNEL_OPENING    Fd: 422  STSSrvTcpHdlr    Handle: 0x2    MiChannel: " every 5 seconds.

I have a qsig digital link to a pabx Alcatel 4400 (DSU, PRI card, QSIG and ISO)
when I call to Alcatel, the call established but after few seconds the call is disconnected
call from Alcatel to mitel is Ok !
have an idea what is going on ?

Hy,
I have one  Mitel 3300 ICP Call Control 38.0.11.6 version; I have a DSU cabinet with PRI card installed. This PRI card is connected with an Alcatel PABX 4400 PRI card, both with qsig protocol.
When I make a call from Mitel to Alcatel the call is established but after 5 seconds it breaks; from Alcatel to Mitel everything is Ok.
The settings are; qsig version ISO, user side

Hi,

I have an Mitel 3300 ICP 3300 ICP Call Control 38.0.11.6; every day the system generates the messsagess:
"Call Control - Security Local date/time reset to xxxxxxx 23:59:04.00    SUN by ESM User."
"Compute Hub Sp - System time successfully updated."

I tried to set-up an NTP server or time server but no result; the messagess are present every day.

Hi,

I encountered next situation:

I have a PRI link from  a provider;  the did range is 0374599400-599; in my PBX the internal numbers are from 4400 to 4599. the provider sends to PBX last 3 digits
the numbers from 4500 to 4599 can be accessed from outside but the numbers from 4400 to 4499 cannot  be accessed. (message from PBX, this number does not exist)
I have set up a speed call table so all numbers from  400-599 are send to 4400-4599.
