MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / EMERGENCY access, and other Route Group / Facility Group things

Hi All,
I don't recall the ins and outs of the language that is Dial Patterns and Route Groups etc.. All these Ns and +s and stuff - hopefully one of you good folk will be able to assist. Please speak slowly and clearly, as I am also down with the wonderful symptoms of COVID19.
First, I set the scene.
The system is being installed into an annexe of an existing very large institution. We are provided from them, one single PSTN line which is effectively an extension on THEIR PBX. They also provide security / emergency response on-site.
So their "line" is our trunk group 92001. We also have a direct provided PSTN line, TG92002. And finally, we have SIP trunking on TG93001. Our default outgoing is via SIP, as it's cheaper and presents our own CLID which they can't support.
Part of our agreement with our overlords states we MUST be able to dial THEIR Emergency Number directly. Which is 2222. Their extension range is 3000 - 5999. Both these ranges are fully unoccupied in our Baselines, all Feature Codes have been moved from 3xx as well.
So ideally, I'd like for us to be able to dial 2222 directly as an emergency and route it via TG92001, and dial 3000-5999 the same, (but not an emergency).
I have added 2222 into the Emergency Numbers, but it's just showing invalid. For some reason, and I don't recall doing anything, dialing 999 wants to route via our PSTN rather than 'Facilty' PSTN.
I would really really welcome some guidance, as I'm definitely floundering here.
Thank you
R
