Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Attendant Console Group
« on: August 15, 2022, 03:49:31 PM »
This is a hotel where all calls ring to the Attendant console.  They would like to have all calls ring the Attendant console plus some office phones at the same time.  I have figured out that I can use the reroute form and send the calls to a ring group which works but there is a delay and the console stops ringing after rerouted.

I have not been able to figure a way to get the console and office phones to ring simultaneously.  Maybe some one has a work around or idea to make this happen.

Any help is appreciated.

I know this is a old post but I ran across this same problem and found that the phone was manually forwarded to an invalid destination.  Cleared all forwarding and the beeping went away.

I had the same issue and changing the phone type to 5340 and changing back did work for me.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / UC 360

Has anyone encountered a problem with the UC360 that when TV that it is connected to is turned off then the display starts going in and out on the UC360.  It is connected with HDMI cable and works fine as long as the TV is turned on or the HDMI cable is disconnected.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / One way audio with Quintum Gateway
« on: October 02, 2014, 10:43:43 AM »
I have a Quintum Gateway and Mitel 5000 connected over the Internet using NAT.  All of a sudden I am getting one way audio.  I verified that the correct ports are open and nothing has changed that I am of aware of.  I have went through the configuration of the quintum and the 5000 but everything seems to be correct.  Has anyone have and ideas on what I might check?
