Thanks all for the comments, I knew about the alternate Keymap already. I must have misread something on a different forum.

This is why we ask questions  :)

Thank you, I thought you could make a "page 2" for personal speed dial numbers. Is that not true?

Need some help, I am every new to the Mitel phone system but we have a few 5320e VoIP phones on a Mitel 5000 and when I go into settings on the phone I do not see a key that says "programmable keys" I was trying to use this to set up speed dials for the individual person using the phone. Can someone please give me some assistance on how to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / VoIP Firmware
« on: May 13, 2014, 04:35:37 PM »
A few weeks ago we purchased our first 5320 VoIP phone and I noticed the the firmware on the phone is from 2011 (4.01.xx)  Can someone tell me what the the current version of the firmware is and how do I go about getting the latest version?   We are only testing this phone for now before we roll them out to some of the people in our office.  The reason I am looking for this is we want to set u the screen savers with the company logo and it says I need version 4.2 or better.  The office is using a Mitel 5000 version 5.0 SP2

thanks in advance

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Newbie Question - Needs help
« on: May 02, 2014, 04:13:18 PM »
My company just got its first VoIP phone for the Mitel system, we purchased a 5320 handset.  Anyway when I view the default keymap for the screen on the phone matches what is in the database.  However when I go to the programmable keys section for the extension that screen does not match to what is on the phone screen.  According to the programmable keys section for the extension it tells me that there are functions programmed for buttons 10-12 when in fact there is nothing programmed on those buttons.  Can someone help or answer this question?  I am new to the Mitel world so if this question sounds stupid I apologize in advance.  I have only dealt with Avaya phone switches in a past life.

thanks in advance
