Here is a link for Mitel IP Phones 5330 - 5340 firmware working in dual-mode (MiNET + SIP) - Main Version is 05.02.01.05 :

With this version, you can get BLF working for more than 4 monitoring devices and web interface on phone is OK in English.
Put this files on the tftp server (see other comments from other users to see how)

Note : in some situation (not for me), you may have to rename :
L2Boot_5340.bin to L2Boot53xxTtn8M.bin
MinetIp5340.bin to MainIp5340.bin
