Hi serge, I've attached the files you should need, I got these from one of the links in other posts here. I never got the web interface working and still get the same language select and tftp address prompt as you even with the phones provisioned.
I guess the 5320 will be similar to the 5330 so if you get it talking to the TFTP server you should see what files it's looking for - MN_Generic.cfg & MN_<phone mac address>.cfg are all you need to get it provisioned. I didn't need a firmware upgrade either, switching the phone to SIP mode is enough (my previous setup guide explains how to do this), just make sure it picks up option 43 from DHCP (it will show this briefly on boot up if it has - option 43 was the only setting that worked for TFTP regardless of other articles I found saying the phones support 66/125/128/150).
You can also browse to the phone IP and enter the TFTP server address manually but that would be tedious if you're provisioning multiple phones!
