Mitel Software Applications / Troubleshooting Advanced UM

Advanced UM stopped working, getting the following error msg.

"MAPI Gateway connection Failed :: Check IP Address


however the LDAP connection is  OK

Any suggestions?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Browser does not support XML HTTP

I'm able to log into the controller but don't have any menu options. Has anyone seen this when logging into a 3300 controller v5.0 sp2 pr1 and if so what was the fix?

Hi All,

I'm receiving the above error in the maintenance logs on 2 - 3 other controllers in a clustered network, it appears the issue is at the site where ICP 14. Any ideas on what could be causing the issue, E2T, port on switch ?

Hi, I have a MXe Controller 5.0 SP2 PR1 active load 11.0.2.19 and the Maintenance/Software logs are filled with the following:

  Warning
  2013/Apr/16
  20:29:23
  Call Control - Software
  DAM audit recovered EtherCnn 1
  at cab = 1 shelf = 1 slot = 11 circ = 2
  in state 5 owned by non_existent
  pid hex 00 applic 0, link handle = 0
     
  Main
  log_outputs_util_en.c;1205
 
Any ideas what may be causing this and what does the PLID 1 1 11 2  reference?
