Let me add that the times set on that mailbox are "start: 12:00AM" and "stop 11:59PM"...could that be the issue? Like maybe it is calling the person when it starts? Is there a way to say just always be on?

I should have been more clear: the calls come into one mailbox which is our after hours support line so real calls need to go through 24/7/365, (we service emergency rooms). However, this is not a new call, it is a call with the last saved message every night at 12:01. If I turn off that setting, will they still get the call when a new message is left?

Since we moved to the 5000, the system is calling our on call people at home every night 12:01...they think it is a support call form a client so they answer and they are replayed whatever the last saved message in the mailbox is. Any idea how we make it stop? I have tried to contact our reseller, waiting for an answer and the manual has not a clue.

Gotcha...thanks. Our provider actually DID login and change some port settings THEY originally changed last month so I am good to go now.

If by updated you mean did we have to hack the files to get it to allow us to use 2013 dates? Yes....our "support" people's answer was to set the system to like 2017 or something. As we are a software company, that wasn't going to fly. As far as an official update, not that we know of. any idea how we would do that?

Users reported to me today that sometime in December the ability to have the system call you stopped working. When our clients click on the link in the participant email to have the system call them the get the attached error. I looked through the options but don't see anything that clearly leads me to a fix....anyone have any ideas?
