MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Meet Me Conference extension activation

We use the Meet Me Conference feature quite a bit and have had no problems.

Today, however, a conference was to start during our lunch hour, while the receptionist is away and the auto attendant on.

Individuals calling in could not access the Meet Me Conference as the extension was unavailable.

How do I make the extension available for these situations?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Remote 53xx back in office issue

Having resolved my issues with setting up a remote 53xx phone I now wish to get my test phone to work in the office again.

First I modified the phone's NAT address type back to Native and the Call Configuration back to local.

Then I plugged in the phone and took it out of Teleworker mode by selecting No.

Is there something more to do?  The phone is not reconnecting to the office 5000 system.

Note: I have not left the system settings for use by a remote phone as I will have one in a day or so.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Remote 53xx not reaching TFTP

I have read numerous postings about setting up remote 53xx phones and configured my firewall with the ports mentioned.  Unfortunately, I am still unsuccessful in connecting.

As a test I opened all ports to our 5000 system and the remote phone connected without any issues.

When I applied the ports the remote computer gets stuck at the TFTP Main page before continuing on to Contacting Server.

I have revisited the port numbers several times and all seems correct.

Any ideas?
