Thanks for the suggestions.  :D
We do not want to changes passwords or what so ever. I found what I was looking for after quite a bit of research.

It is just a setting in the system. You have to turn on  'On-line monitoring', so you get the 'advanced options'.
So the Application is forwarding to an digital transition and listens to the user input, and depending if the user hits  8 or 9
the system is forwarding to a phantom profile, and the phantom is forwarding to a specified number.  ;D

I just totally forgot about the 'advanced options menu' you have to turn on to see that setting.  ::)

I have a problem and I really hope you'all can help me with that. We have a 5000CP here.

We have an automated night announcement for after hour calls.
What is set up so far is the announcement (Application 2506), then with digit translation it detects 8 or 9 and forwards it
to a Phantom Profile. That phantom profile is supposed to have a phone number so it can forward it to lets say a cellphone
number for emergencies or anything of that kind, but how or where can I tell the phantom profile to forward???  :-[
