Title: softphone issue

I had a softphone configuaation that when I went tosoftware setting enable was not there it show a different interface .. anyway I thought i could just delete the user and recreate but when I do a quick add now when hitting save it give this error

'UCC Standard User for Enterprise (V4.0)' bundle to this user. The maximum number has already been reached.

please help

Your description of the problem is a little vague, or at least to me it is.

What are you trying to do? What licenses do you have at your disposal?
The error you are getting means you are trying to assign a UCC license when none is available
