New to Mitel but almost all of my hotel clients have them, this just started happening, when the front desk calls a room, the phones blink. They do not ring. Replaced the Superconsole 1000 and no alarms on the system. Where should I look??

First off, unless this is an old floppy disk based system, reboot... then narrow it down. Is it all rooms or just a block of 12/16/24 (depending on system size)... if all rooms, your power supply for that cabinet is likely faulty, if it's a block of rooms, I would bet they can be isolated to a single station card.
The 200 isn't very complicated, and unless your region changed somehow (not sure that would even do it) it isn't a software issue, it's hardware, but without more information that is about all I can tell you.
