Hi, has anyone had failures with the Mitel DECT 612 & 622d Handsets, we appear to be having a large no of failures.

What sort of failures are you experiencing?

We have just had a few go into Rescue Mode on the 612d

Hi, The 622 failed at install, would power up logon then lockup, remove battery go for 10mins fail, the 612's same thing but in service.
have just sent 4 back to Mitel.

We also have some problems with the Mitel 612d and the 622d.

- white screen with red led blinking.
- next day phone at rescue mode.
- phone not starting up anymore, only when detaching the battery and put it back again.

i am curious how many people more have these problems, and i there a solution ?

we've had at least 5 612 Handsets with similar problems. The old 610 from Aastra have no problems.
