Hi, Could someone please help me out with this small info.
I have been trying to find out where the prime directory number can be located on the system.
The company we are dealing with has a 600 range number and one of the numbers from that range is the primary.
I do know what the primary number is, but I am not able to find the location on the mitel box where it shows that number being the primary directory number.
Could someone please help me out with this.
Thank you

sorry im not getting what you are saying. can you expand on 'primary directory number'?

The primary directory number for example could 0395687000 (main phone number) and this number on an ISDN trunk is given 600 DID's for the customer to use.
I am looking to find where this number (0395687000) would be on the system to prove that this is the main number to call the business and all the other 600 numbers are extensions.
Thank you for your response.
Cheers

I think we may be confusing Prime DN's with DIDs.
The system doesn't show what DID numbers you own. All it will show you is what you have programmed. Even then, that means it will only show you the last X digits of the number. Not the entire DID number. For example, your DID 0395687000, may actually be programmed in your system as 7000.
The only way to get this information is to contact your carrier and ask them what your DID range(s) are.

Hi Ralph,
Thank you very much for your help. The main number is configured at the service provider's end.
