This is the error message I have in the software logs:
VPIM CSMTPClientMsg:: ProcessResult - Look into SOCKET error number <786434> <0> bytes transferred.
CSMTPClientMsg::EstablishSMTPSession
Connect socket of <10.0.201.1> to server <255.255.255.255> failed: errno <13>
Look into IP programming in ESM menu System Options.
If IP is OK then server is not ready.
Where do I check the IP?

I'm really guessing here, but in System Options check what address is set for the mail server. From the message it looks like 10.0.201.1 is the ICP? And the mail server is set to 255.255.255.255 - which is not a valid address. I don't have easy access to an ICP right now to verfy....
