Title: SIP Analog Telephone Adapter: Model : VIP-158

I am having problem with SIP Analog Telephone Adapter: Model : VIP-158, When i configure in 3300 ICP i cannot make calls,can receive calls, but cannot hear any body.
So what will be the reason for it?

Usually one way audio is caused by network issues.
Is the sip phone one the same subnet as the controller? 

Verify the subnet mask and gateway of both your controller and sip phone.

Q: (just to verify) is it the sip phone that can't hear or the far end that cant hear.

Verify your interconnect restriction and COR for outbound dialing.

both end cannot hear and it is on same subnet.cannot say it is an network issues because the x-lite is working fine,

You may have to put Wireshark on the line to see if you can figure out what's happening to voice packets.

I'm not familiar with the VIP-158 so I can't help much there, but I would think if X-Lite works then any other SIP device should work.
