If you check out the thread from a couple of days ago you will see a guide that someone has posted for the 7000, you should be able to follow that pretty much.

Yeah for the most part the Polycom IP units are the same for configuration, it's just the features that differ between models.

Hi,

Our environment assign VLAN 3 to voice network, within Polycom conference phone, is it unable to assign specific VLAN to it? or i need to config the switch port?

Hi All,

I have an issue that one of our polycom able to do the conference call , but others four unable to do the conference call. i have no idea why thats happened..any idea? the others four polycom IP 6000 was unable to dial the external call.

Sorry i mean the others four only able to make the single internal or external call..but cant conference...
