Hi,

Probably a real quick fix for this but would really help...

Basically have several phones that were configured for ex users. I have amended there names on the system for caller display but voicemail had been setup by the ex users. Is there an easy way to set this back to factory settings so that when dialling voicemail number the lady welcomes user to express messaging and then complete the step by step guide to configure name/message etc...

Easiest way is to delete and then re-create the mailbox.
