Title: Importing Outlook contact to UCA 4.1.22.0

I am trying to import my Outlook contacts into UCA 4.1.22.0
I am running Outlook 2007 with my data on a MS Exchange 2003 server. The PC and software are 32-bit. I've tried the Import Contacts menu item as it was explained in training. None of my contacts are importing. Does anyone have any tips? I've tried a few things like disable anit-virus, reboot, reinstall UCA. I haven't been able to fins anything online.

I've had success just dragging and dropping contacts right into the UCA.  Try playing with that.
