Getting one way audio.
My Teleworker event logs show this:
"loss of rx stream from IS for 5020ms"
Does the 'IS' stand for "ICP Side"?
and conversely does "SS" stand for "Set Side"?
"loss of rx stream from IS for 5020ms"

One would assume so! I couldn't find anything in the engineering guide or anything covering that, but I would say that it's a fair assumption.
5 seconds is a long time for a loss of stream, so I would say that the call would fail in that time.
If you run the TNA tool is there much latency or jitter? Is the one way voice only momentary or for all of the call?

Got it sorted.
I was just confused about what the "IS" and "SS" stood for.
In the end it was what I suspected. Customer made a change in their firewall that caused the issue.
There was only one way audio.
