I have Mitel System Administration & Diagnostics/5320 phones. I need to change our business hours, so night mode starts/stops at the correct times (rather than manually turning it on & off). Where do I go in the Mitel System Admin & Diagnostics program to do this? Thanks in advance.

If your system currently goes in and out of night service automatically it must have a STAR programmed.
Log into your system and go to Voice Processor / Devices / Applications
Within the main window you should see an entry numbered 25xx (default numbering) with a type = STAR, double click this and you should see 20 options then a Default application, the default application is where calls go to in night service (probably) one of the twenty options should have a description if it's been programmed properly.
Double click this entry and within this you should see a destination and what times calls will be directed to this destination.
Change the times within here!

Thanks so much. I was able to work my way there. Unfortunately, we close early on 1 day (Friday) and it will not accept different times for just the 1 day. I can set only 1 on and 1 off time, then pick which days apply - I guess we'll have to change it manually Friday afternoon and again Monday morning.

Correction - To change only 1 day night mode time I added an application for just the 1 day (Friday). So there is a total of 2 applications, 1 for Sun/Mon/Tu/Wed/Th/Sat, and 1 for Fri. YAHOO
