We have a new Mitel system and the person who installed the system swears up and down that the mail server is why voicemails are not being emailed. I logged into the WebAdmin for the system and looked at the Voicemail logs:

[00542 11-15-2011 9:09:05 EMAILDLV]User-recorded message being sent via e-mail: db/rcrdings/f.n08a
[00543 11-15-2011 9:09:05 EMAILDLV]Deleting (email/unpk.wav)
[00544 11-15-2011 9:09:05 EMAILDLV]Deleting (email/vm Tue Nov 15, 2011 09:08 AM.wav)
[00545 11-15-2011 9:09:06 EMAILDLV]Sending Email message: Subject: [0:04] Message for MB 127 from a caller at xxx
[00546 11-15-2011 9:09:06 EMAILDLV]313 ALARM: Attempt to update a non-existent message_queue_t-3
[00547 11-15-2011 9:09:06 EMAILDLV]310 ALARM: Attempt to create an id for a non-existent message_queue_t-3
[00548 11-15-2011 9:09:06 EMAILDLV_S]313 ALARM: Attempt to update a non-existent message_queue_t-3
My guess is these Alarms about the non-existent message_queue seem to be the issue, can anyone offer any suggestions or help with this? Thank you ahead of time!

Never seen that. What is your system software version? I know Mitel corrected many issues with e-mails in 5.0 SP2.

What email server are you using, we use a email proxy software that resides on a local server, and pushes the email from the mitel to our exchange server.
