I have one Teleworker Telephone (Mitel 5312) which hangs at the message DHCP Discovery in the display during bootup. I have had the user bring the phone back to the office and it boots fine using our test internet connection. The problem only started since the upgrade to the latest level MBG server, prior to this he had no problems.
All suggestions welcome.
Thanks
Stephen

As stupid is that it might sound the two things I have come across on stuck teleworkers are factory reset the phone and set it back up as well as default the users router. I have run across this multiple times and those two seem to fix it. I would try the first of my options before the second.

Thanks Brantn, I'll give that a whirl.

DHCP on a teleworker comes from the local users Router. I would have them reboot the router, or get into that router and make sure it's trying to assign an IP to the Teleworker phone.
I've also had to default the phone completely before like Brantn mentioned.
