Title: Configuring a make busy code on switch MN3300

Hi

I can't see on the switch where you would configure a make busy code.  Is that because you can just enter any code via an agent handset?

the codes are:

There is no definition in the 3300 for the codes. This is defined in the reporting software (Prairiefyre CCM etc).
