Title: Distinctive ring for an inbound call

Honestly, I didn't know you could make a PRI do a single ring. So I'm a bit stumped. When I can squeeze out some time I'll try to find it.

I'd be interested in how that would be done via the HTML tool kit. Any idea how many different types of rings are available?

Check the COS of the phone.
You're looking for "External Trunk Standard Ringback" . Default is "no"
I'd bet yours says "yes".

Change it and try is out.

They aren't terribly distinct, but there is a noticeable difference if you are used to the way the phone normally rings.
