hi guys,
we recently went through a migration and re-ip'd everything. I re-ip'd the mail server setting on the controller. However, we are still not getting any system generated emails. Couple questions
1. Do i have to use the hardcoded ip of the new mail server, or can i use the smtp load balanced address?
2. Is there a way to test the email settings from the UI of the controller?
3. Anything else to try besides restart the controller?

What errors do you see in the logs after you have left an vmail?

well the reboot did not work.
here is error i am getting from the logs.

This is another error
CSMTPClientMsg::EstablishSMTPSession Connect socket of <"IP"> to server <"IP"> failed: errno <60> Look into IP programming in ESM menu System Options. If IP is OK then server is not ready.

it was a firewall issue, had to add a route.
