Title: 5312 call history feature not working

One of my Mitel 5312 handsets is not recording missed calls etc... the button is showing as configured for call history but when pressed it just displays 0 missed? I have removed and re-added the feature to this.
The phone had issues recently relating to network drop outs, it turned out to be the phone itself i swapped it over with a spare then on the management system just swapped the 2 MAC addresses over so the user kept the same number. Could this have cause any symptoms like this? the other 3 feature keys work fine for call forward, pickup and headset though.

Check on the "Mulitline IP Sets" configuration form. You have chance that the "Max call history records" value for this phone is 0.

Hi,

I have checked the multi-line sets for this number and cannot find anything odd comparing to another number that is working fine?

Bear in mind, it only tracks missed calls that go the the primary extension.
