Title: Mitai on MCD 4.2

Does anyone know if the Mitai or SMDR streams changed at all between MCD 4.0 and MCD 4.2? I have a third party call recorder that the vendor claims the information is different after an upgrade and they can no longer match the trunk and user data on a controller. Any ideas?

Perhaps it's it something to do with the location based account codes new on 4.2 ?

I thought that too but according to Mitel nothing has changed. I could be that MSA doesn't work for free and doesn't like the vendor I am dealing with.
