Hi All,

I am trying to delete a non-prime extension on a digital phone and I get the following message:

"users are associated with this hosted service

delete the name in the telephone directory

  Is this new - I've got systems out there with numerous "abandoned" directory entries.

I think I know what you mean by "abandoned" directory entries.
I've seen the same thing on our systems.
I'm thinking this may be related to numbers that were deleted that were not resilient at the time.
I'll have to dig into it a bit more.

I believe this started with SDS.
