I have Mx3300, and I have my IP phone running on a Teleworker server.
I am able to configure our 5020's and 5224's, however, when I configure a 5010, i get the following error : RTCS bind err 505
On my other IP phones, I don't have a place to enter an RTC address.
does anyone know what this means ?
thank you.

This is directly from the current TW user guide:
The Teleworker Solution supports the following IP Phones:

Wow, ok thats not good. I have 35 / 5010's.. Is there a way to implement these IP phones, without the Teleworker ?
Thank you

You'd have to set up a VPN between your home routers and your office router.
Or..
Point a public IP address to the 3300.

Wow - I didn't even know the 50xx series existed until now. Take a look at 5212/5224's as fairly inexpensive replacements for those old style units...

Thank you for your reply. on the MX3300, in form "Multiline IP Set Cong ", I have the 5010 setup.
I tried testing the connection internally, and still didn't work.
the IP address for my MX3300 is 192.168.0.10.
so, I put that address 192.168.0.10 on my 5010 in TFTP and RPC settings.
afterwards, I tried putting static addresses for the phone itself 192.168.0.253, and it bootup, with no RPCS error. However, it just hung on the address 192.168.0.253
Is there something I need to still configure on the MX3300 ?
thank you

Can you give us a break-down of all the settings that you statically put into the phone? Is the controller on a seperate VLAN?
