HI,

How to configure External Music on Hold on Mitel 3300 ICP CXI controller. I need to configure live FM channel on MOH feature.

  You need a radio with a line level output that you hook to the DIN MoH connector on the CXi controller.

  I don't recall all the forms you need to configure it, but if you search for Music on Hold in the SysAdmin tool it will give you a step by step....


PS: It may not be legal to "re-broadcast" an off the air station.  Laws vary....

We have a couple of customer who have hooked up ipods to the controller to supply audio.  Seems to work ok.  Just plug in the ipod to power, and hit random.
