still working on this site with  know it all IT  manager . He is trying to revise a name in the tel dir form but the old name still displays when called by other users .

Do u have a second pbx? Connexion with ldap?

Thanks but single node . I found multiple enteries after doing multiple searches in the teldir deleted all the old ones  and the correct name now displays .

Glad you got it resolved. If you want to have multiple names for the same DN, flag the one you want displayed as "Prime" in Telephone Directory.
