Title: Phone Agents

I am trying to figure out how agents work.

Do all agents ring at the same time?
Do they start at agent 001, then 002, etc

What happens when Agent 001 is on the line, agent 002 is away form the desk?  Will agent 003 then ring or will it then go to the overflow?

In database programming, go to hunt groups and press F1. The help screens will explain how it all works.
