We have recently upgraded to V8 and rolled out the new clients to users mobiles. However on iPhone an incoming call to the softphone will only register on the device if it is unlocked and the app is foregrounded. Any other state and the other party hears ringing but no notification on the iPhone.
Any ideas? This was working ok prior to the upgrade. Outgoing calls via the softphone work fine.

Except clients on MCD 6.0 can't update MiCollab to version 8. :'(

I have the same issue for my android phones with micollab v7. Any idea?
