Title: SX200 EL - Multi-Level Auto Attendant

Hi,

 I'm trying to make changes on sx200 EL auto attendant tree like replacing/assigning more transfer mailboxes to the sub Menu mailbox, below is the example:


Hi, you have reached XXX company.  Please select from the following options:



Press 1 to reach the Administrative offices

Press 2 for the hair salon.

Press 3 to hear our address and fax number
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If they press 1 this is what needs to happen

To reach YYY Press 1 (ext 245) --------------------------------------> I need to change this ext 555
To reach ZZZZ press 2 (ext 244)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------> add "to reach NNN press 3 (which transfer to ext 266)


I only have access to TUI "telephone user interface" to access express messenger.

What voicemail? The EL didn't have it's own embedded, is it using a Mitel Express Messenger card, or something else?

Yes it using a Mitel Express Messenger card.

You can do everything in MEM via the TUI.
