Hi,

 Im trying to Block 411 for a specific extension, what would be the best way to do that.

Class of Restriction + ARS

You will need to make a route specifically for 411 (or 1411/9-411/8-411 as it applies in your case) and allow all existing COR's to access it, then change the COR on the extension in question to an unused one, add it to all the COR Groups except the one used for the 411 route.
