Provided this is legit, what's the upgrade path?
The relationship to the phone system here at $work is tenuous at best (for reasons that are not germane to this post) and this is surely not going to help.

I just confirmed with an actual Mitel employee that MItel 250 was end of technical support in 5 years. That's all he would really divulge, but lines up with the release from protelesis.

Please be careful when posting Mitel proprietary information.
I removed the attached documents and screenshots.
There's no problem with discussing the information but posting the original docs could get us in trouble with Mitel.

I posted a thread about this on Tuesday. What our Owner/President has learned from Mitel is that the 250 will go end of sale in January of 2022. The cards and other hardware will go end of sale about 6 months later and support for the 250 will end in 2026.
This is pretty unfortunate because I have 3 of these scheduled to install within the next few weeks.
