Mitel 5000 - AutoAttendant transfers to voicemail

Hi all,

I am using a Mitel 5000 and have been beating my head against a wall on this one. When an outside caller dials our main line, they are greeted by an Auto Attendant and are prompted "if you know your party's extension, you may dial it at any time," and this works for all extensions but one. Extension 166, for whatever reason, goes straight to voicemail. When calling the DID directly, it forwards appropriately and rings. It is only when the call is being transferred by the auto-attendant that it does this. I have confirmed that System Forwarding is enabled in the flags, disallowed DND, matched the forwarding path settings and flags to an extension that I know is working, and it still keeps going to voicemail. Any tips are greatly appreciated

Are you setup to use Dynamic Extension or even a Phone Manager client for that user?

Does this user have a mailbox?
Is their extension ID under Voice Processor-->Devices-->Extension ID?
