Change IP MICC V8 Server IP Address

Hello there,

How can i change IP address for MICC V8 server. Can anyone show me the step to change it? i'm very sure, ity not easy as change IP address at 'Local Area Connection'.

How about the licensen validation?. if the customer license for MICC already expired.

change the address on the NIC, open the call centre client (You will have to manually type the new address), go to management and run the IP address change wizard

you will have to run the initial setup wizard again after making the change
