Converting StandAlone NuPoint to MiCollab

Does anyone know of a document that explains how to convert a standalone NuPoint to a MiCollab system?
I need to understand the process so I can quote labor hours.

I don't think there is a direct path, because you can't do a restore within the MiCollab although it does let you do a ftp backup
